Comment: Have a block basement foundation. Had the dual sump pump and trenching done to the basement in 2007. Do not have any issues with water coming in the basement. However, the moisture barrier paint is chipping and what I've read is minerals is coming through the blocks, making it unsightly. some spots are darker than others, but does not look like mold. I do have a dehudifier running 24/7.
