Comment: Water comes through the chimney ash shoot and through the window wells.
Project Location: Wheaton, IL 60187
Comment: Water is entering my window well from what appears to be the bottom corner. The drain in the window well also appears to be clogged. I am currently running a sump pump in the window well because the water continues to fill the well. Once the water reaches the sill of the window, it begins to pour into the basement through a small opening in the window.

Comment: Following the strong storms a couple nights ago, we have water in two Isolated areas of our basement, none with apparent sources (It doesn't appear to be coming in through any basement windows or doors). One area is concrete flooring and the other has carpet that we believe is laid on top of concrete (we don't think there's a rug pad); both areas are along exterior walls but are in opposite sides of the basement.
