Niles joined our team in 2014.  Niles started as a Installation Technician working to repair homes.  Bringing in his knowledge from Construction Management while attending Purdue North Central, Niles caught on quickly to the work and services we provide.  Using his outstanding skill set, Niles is now an Estimator at Nova.  He takes great in pride at helping to diagnose and solve issues.  Niles enjoys being challenged and enjoys that every day brings a new adventure! 

When Niles isn't helping people, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Julie, and all of their animals.  Overall, Niles likes to enjoy the outdoors.

We began our project by installing 106 linear feet of drain tile around perimeter of crawlspace and tied into a SuperSump with a Zoeller M98 sump pump. We discharged that plumbing to the outside through an IceGuard that runs to a 15 foot underground downspout. To combat the heavy areas of mold, we sprayed Mold-X. To help manage moisture and humidity, we installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System over exterior walls, across the floor, and around existing pilasters. Replacing a rotting support beam can help with sagging floors and even unlevel floors
WaterGuard is a drainage channel we set into the floor. We place cleanout ports every so often to allow access for cleaning and maintenance.
This house would experience water protrusion along the cove joint. We installed a WaterGuard solution to capture the seepage.
This wonderful transformation began by setting an UltraSump pump into the floor, then we added Flangeless WaterGuard to guide any water into that sump. Lastly we applied EmeShield to flash water directly into our WaterGuard. What a transformation!
This cinderblock wall is buckling and needs stabilized.
Water would wash in under this door, a Trench Drain was set into the floor to capture that water and send it to our SuperSump pump.
