They made this very easy for me to understand, and make the right decisions.
Answered the call quickly! She was very nice, and made arrangements for an appt.
ON TIME! Very nice, Made it very clear what was needed, and showed me different options.
ON TIME! Nice guys. They didn't mess around. Got right to work. Because of the dust while cutting the concrete, they turned off my furnace fan so no dust would vent in to the rest of the house. They went over the process with me, and showed me how to maintain the system so that it works as needed.
Other than wet mortar (was to be expected), I didn't notice anything else.
What made you choose our company:
My wife did a google search for our basement (window well) water problem. Nova showed up on the search. Once I made a phone call, it was so easy to get an estimate and schedule the work. The techs installed the system, and that was it. The system has been tested (heavy rains) on more than one occasion, and it passed with flying colors. After 20 years, I finally have a dry basement!
