What made you choose our company:
I had my yearly inspection done today of the work that was done a few years ago. Lance Brunck did the inspection. He was very good and professional in his work. One of the things we had done in our crawl a few years ago was the mold remediation. Lance found a small area that had mold forming. He was able to scrub it and spot teat it. Saving a bigger problem later. Lance also adjusted our floor jacks and caulked around the crawl entry door and front porch area. He also checked for any water leaks and HVAC issues. Very pleased with his work and our inspection.
