Jared

Jared is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and has 3 years of recruiting experience, starting in the health care field before joining the Basement Systems of Indiana team.  With this involvement, he is familiar with seeking out potential employees that will bring job-related experience and who would fit right in with the company culture.  

With this professional experience, Basement Systems of Indiana saw what an asset he could be to the human resources department and brought him on board.  His day-to-day responsibilities include directing the new hire process, recruiting potential employees, and leading extensive training/orientations.  He is truly a jack-of-all-trades around the office.

In his spare time, Jared enjoys graphic design, photography, building computers, and cheering on Michigan Wolverines sports teams.
