My original installation date changed, but no one called to inform me. After I called to inquire about the installation, I did receive a callback confirming the date change. However, I was consistently updated regarding information on the new install date.

He didn't assist with anything after he confirmed the sale. I called him first to see if he knew anything about the install date changing and his reply was that installation was up to the production team. Not, "I'm sorry you haven't heard anything, let me have someone call you." or "here's the number of someone that can help you." Also, I emailed picutures to him showing how close th electrical line to my private well is to my access door and asked him to forward them to the production team. He did not.

The best part of working with Basement Systems of Indiana was definitely the install crew! They were friendly, they were courteous, they were informative and went beyond what I expected.

The area around my crawl space access actually looked better after the install guys completed the install than before the installation.
