Job review from Gayle in Atlanta, IN 46031 on 03/22/22

Original system installed 5/2021. Did not get follow up in 90 days to tighten jacks and repair system that leaked immediately. After a few attempts to speak to tech I finally called the main office and scheduled for a review of the job.

I spoke with Amanda on 1/17/22. She was very kind and got us on the schedule for someone to come to see what needs to be done. Devon came to look at job. Explained what he was looking at and possible options that he would address in a report. He said we would hear something soon

We feel like we were so blessed to get Chris and his crew Dakota and Jacob! Chris was very knowledgeable about what had been done and what he needed to do. Such honesty and integrity this young man showed. BSOf I, you need to be really proud of this young man. He knew what he needed to do to make the basement water proof like it should be. He was very apologetic about the lapse in time to take care of us. Go Chris and team!! We sure appreciate you!!
