We are in the process of purchasing a new home at 5022 Broadway Avenue(47712). The basement looks great, smells dry, has been inspected by Riecken Home Inspections; however, there is paneling up against the basement walls and he couldn't inspect the actual wall behind the paneling. While I do trust the owners saying the walls are good, I still feel a little leery (and my wife has been nagging me to find out about getting it checked out.) Is there anyway we could get this looked at? I saw you had a no cost, no obligation estimate - & I am hoping there is nothing wrong. But if there is, it would give us a clear picture on proceeding to the next step.
