Job review from Carole in Des Moines, IA 50317 on 03/26/16

OK, I am going to be honest with you. Several years ago you installed your program on to our South Wall and West Wall. And we had one of your staff install our sump pump and I also had him add the back up battery. For all of the money we have spent, I would have thought it maybe a "Plus" for your crew to adjust the South and North wall beams for us considering Paul has had two shoulder replacement surgeries in the last two years. I know that your company offers a yearly inspection and we bought in to that but were pretty disappointed that you charge extra for your crew to adjust the beams. I guess I am looking at Senior home owners that deserve a little more consideration. Small issue in your mind, I am sure but a big issue for Seniors. I will tell you that we have semi annual inspections with our furnace and air conditioner. They are more than willing to accommodate our concerns with no additional cost. Just an FYI.
