Quick and efficient installation
Beyond the canned intro, the phone staff don't seem to know very much. It's a big contrast to other staff I've talked with in regards to scheduling, etc.
Scheduling was pretty good, but it was hard to know who to talk with.
The crew did a good job in general, but left a ragged short edge of CleanSpace on a finished/painted wall that required some work on my part to make it look better. Also, I had built a sump extension to bring the sump up level with the basement floor and the crew mangled it, then back-filled the area with cement. I caught it while the crew was still working and managed to "sort-of" straighten out the extension so that a floor level cap could be put it...otherwise it would've been impossible to cap...OR ever remove the sump pump if it failed short of breaking out the back-filled cement. I was NOT pleased with that!
I had a previous good experience with Midwest Basement Systems at another house. The local salesman is very experienced in my area and provides just the services I need to solve the problems at hand without overselling things I don't need. I appreciate that approach and find his explanations quite understandable and reasonable.
