Comment: My sump has never ince run in my new construction home built and closed on in July 2019. I even took a hose and let water drain fully open into the drainage tile in the edges window for 3 hours and it didn't turn on nor was there water in the sump it was dry. My contractor has built this house with as many deficits as you could imagine and I am worried this too could mean a drainage tile install issue and /or more. My grading of my yard has already been identified as sloping directly toward the building vs away and the engineered swale design was not followed so their isn't a proper rainwater easement constructed and I could go on forever. I need an expert to look at the above as well as look at the quarter sized cracks in my basement floor and my foundation as well as my driveway as that has sunk over an inch in just 10 months and it feels like you are driving over a bump when pulling into the garage. Do you do free estimates for establisjment of a cost to cure?

Comment: I had a leak in my basement last fall. I'm not sure if it is a foundation issue, or what it is. I'm hoping to gain a better understanding of the issue. I do have a short video (about 5 seconds) of the leak. I would prefer to be contacted by email right now. Thank you!
