I've got a VERY small leak that comes in during the thawing season on a crack in my poured foundation. 1 fan, 2 towels, and access to floor drain, keeps up with leak for several days in Spring. We DO NOT have any water coming in during June, July, Aug...heavy rains. I'm thinking injection could/should solve problem. Leak is on unfinished and very accessible portion of basement wall. Above leak on outside is 16'x20' concrete patio and fire pit. Water is coming off of hillside behind house and neighbors runoff and freeze thaw of Spring.

We would like to convert our basement into an area for our in-home daycare. What we need is some waterproofing done. Namely from the basement windows and where ever an inspector would notice water infiltration from. There is also a concern with ice build up near the attic gutters that have cause leaks in one room that also leaked into the basement. We may also need certain fixtures moved. Once water proofed we would finish the floor walls and ceiling ourselves.
