A lot water comes in around the edge of the floor during heavy rains. There appears to be an old sump that was concreted over with the new floor. I like the idea of the DryTrak system, so as not to have to cut into the floor, but would be interested in quotes for both. There are roughly 104 linear feet with 4 inside corners and to outside corners.
