Comment: Our east basement wall has a waterproofing surface paint applied and a waterproofing mortar skim coat. But slow seepage has led to some efflorescence that has caused the paint and mortar to bubble and come off.
Also, after heavy rains we have had water get in and onto the floor, but only when our gutters were not properly cleaned.
