This home had a sagging floor above the crawl space because the main beams had become worn out. We installed SmartJacks and a Smart Beam across the floor joists to support the ceiling. 

This home was revealing pretty large vertical cracks because the soil under the foundation of the home was shifting. In order to fix these cracks and to keep the home's foundation from shifting any further, we installed helical piers deep into sturdy soil.

This homes foundation was sinking because the soil underneath it was shriveling up from the drought. We stabilized the home by installing SmartJacks. SmartJacks are able to transfer the weight of the home to load-bearing soils, which won't allow them to sink.

This crawlspace was caving in from the roof because the beams that held it up were sinking into the ground over time. SmartJacks apply strength to the crawlspace and are special because they can be adjusted over time in case the crawlspace sinks even more. 

We installed six piers onto this houses foundation in order to keep the foundation from shifting any further and causing more cracks.
