This would be a 5, but Andrew Hardin pointed out an issue with a previous installation that the Basement Doctor had done for us. Andy is supposed to contact me soon regarding resolving this issue.

Trish has always been very courteous and helpful when I've spoken with her.

Albert Ramirez was very thorough in his presentation of the issues regarding our kitchen, and the the solution to fix them.

Andrew Hardin and his crew installed smart jacks under the floors in our kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the job that they did. They were very courteous and conscientious in the way they worked. They kept me informed of what they were doing and why they were doing it, and when they were finished they cleared all of the debris away.

Andrew and his crew went above and beyond in clearing debris from our crawl space.
