I am a tenant how is considering purchasing the property from my landlord. I wanted to be able to budget for future use of basement space. During very heavy rains we get water seeping through the basement. It is never more than 1/2 at its deepest spot, nor does it ever cover the entire floor, but instead remains close to the walls.
