What made you choose our company:

I was reluctant at first thinking that they would come in with a big elaborate plan at a huge cost for the simple solution to my small problem. To be honest, I almost cancelled my appointment but I am very happy that I didn't. Mark showed up promptly as planned and quickly agreed that my problem was limited to a small area of my basement. The cost of a sump pump and small containment system limited to the problem area was all I needed and the cost was very reasonable... The service crew showed up on time as scheduled and were clean and courteous.. The office staff informed me of the process and schedule in real time .. I would recommend TC Hafford highly!!
