From start to finish, nothing but professional. Once scheduled, everything on time as promised , and as quoted.
Samantha was great. She provided all the scheduling details , extra filters i had requested,and all the instructions required for the production task. Every detail was put in place for our project.
Nathaniel was awesome. He came to our home,providing us with real solutions , not just a sales pitch. He was available for our questions, plan changes etc. He explained the process very well,and what we were to expect throughout the process.
Preston and (I apologize I did not catch his name.) his co worker worked steadily and methodically to perform their task to the plan. 2 days of hammering and hauling debris out of our basement, then installing all of the equipment. Nothing but hard working professionals in those two individuals!! Make sure you take care of them, I know employees like that are not easily obtainable.
Clean up was perfect. Not a single issue with the way our home was left.
What made you choose our company:
We had friends that used your company for their basement water proofing. I knew what it was before you did their job. We could of raised trout in their basement, our situation was no better. After I saw the amazing work you performed, I knew if we had to do ours, you would be doing it. We did not look at other companies, didn't care. You may or may not be higher priced than some of the competition. I don't know, but I know you use good equipment, the work itself is very labor intensive, and the end results, the process speaks volumes about your employees, and your company.!! Fantastic job everyone. Lots of lessons here, for a very satisfied customer!
