Comment: We moved into a new house in October. In December during a large storm we had about 8 inches of water in our basement. After remediation, it was dry. But there was rain yesterday that was much less than before and we had about 2-3 inches of water in our basement. There is only a small sump-pump that cannot keep up. We are not sure where the water comes in but we are looking for any and all possible solutions!

Comment: Our basement has had some flooding issues and now has some white mold growing in select places on the floor. We are the new owners of the home; the previous owners did not take care of the sump pump and/or dehumidifier properly. We would like to get the basement walls and floors sealed properly, as well as tending to the drainage system correctly. Thank you!

Comment: I have 4 basement windows that leak during the spring snow melt. They are 40 year old Andersen tilting windows 32 in wide x 18 inch high. The water level rises above the bottom of the window. I would like to replace with new shorter windows and fill under them with concrete to prevent water from flowing in. You may have other options to fix my problem. I would appreciate an inspection to look over the situation. Thank you.
