Basement gets puddles which come up through the concrete during heavy rains or heavy accelerated melt. Only a few times a year. Sump pump helps but doesn't address the issue entirely. Looking to partially finish this space and begin using it, mostly getting floors down at the moment. I don't know if the floor needs to be refinished, if it needs a french drain or other solution, or if I could get by with Thermal-Dry.
