Comment: We need replacement basement windows & probably wells along with covers. We are looking at MassSave Loan program as our home has single pane basement windows at present. The steel frames are quote rusty & chipped. We get lots of nor'easters so we need waterproof windows that can endure hurricane force winds as well. We find the basement floor weeps water during when water table is high coinciding with nor'easters. Sometimes walls of basement weep too. See cracks on foundation outside. House built in 1965.
