Comment: Hi! I hope this note finds you safe and healthy. I just moved into a new home and had some extreme water flooding from my window well. I'm hoping to have somebody come to take a look at replacing the window and also creating a new window well to help prevent water from coming in. Thank you!

Comment: Our basement floods a couple times a year. Most of the time it is not a great deal of water, but it has been occurring for many years. We do not have a sump pump or French drains. We would like to have it evaluated and a fix recommended. Thank you

Comment: We live in house from 1910. The basement walls are made of rocks up to ground level (about 1.7 meter high) with bricks on the top (about 1 meter). There are several basement windows just above ground level. The rocky part transfer humidity from the outside ( solid earth from the garden). The walls are painted but efflorescence is growing despite the presence of de-humidifiers. We would like to finish the basement as a gym room and are wondering if there is a way to a white color on the walls: either a epoxy paint or white plaster panels. But what if humidity accumulates behind the paint or solid panels. Is it better just to scrap the existing paint and leave the rocks naked? But they are dark grey, not white...

Comment: We are looking for a window well that is at least 78"-82" wide x 3' tall. Its to go around a doubled sliding window to currently an un-finished "common space" basement for two condos units. Will someone either give me a call or send some information back by email showing the sizes and styles available w/ their associated costs. Thank you

Comment: I've got about 600 square feet in a basement condo. The existing floor, which is being removed now, survived for about 7 years. The water problem is very infrequent but it does occur. I need a price and a time estimate for the installation of your waterproof flooring, as well as what condition the slab needs to be in. We're taking out the old wood and subfloor now. There might be linoleum or something on the slab which I would rather not have to scrape off. We're hoping to get this done quickly, by mid-april at the latest. So if you could give me those three pieces of information: price, time, and condition required, we'll know if we can use your services. Thanks!
