Co-founder of Complete Basement Systems, Kathy has been by Victor’s side since the doors opened for business in 1975. Together, the two of them built a family business that has grown into a household name in Southern Minnesota. Kathy leveraged her marketing skills to promote the business and solidify brand loyalty for the organization. More than anything, though, Kathy is most known for her empathy and unwavering support for every single of one the employees.
“Our employees are so dedicated to the success of the company and doing what’s right for our customers. They are truly a joy to work with. I’m grateful that even today the company has a genuine family atmosphere that just makes it such a fun and unique place to work.”
