The first call was great and that is the main reason that your company was picked, at first. What a good impression on just the first call.
Great Confirmation on appt. and follow-up, always pleasant and great to talk to the staff on the schedule of the job.
Met the Sales people at a show and that is the reason they were selected, they weren't just out to sell a product, they really cared.
Outstanding, Better than best, they were so awesome in everyway, all the crew knew their jobs and took care of each and every detail in such an outstanding way, always friendly and so nice.
The Basement was clean up so nicely, I was so impressed on what a great job that everyone did.
What made you choose our company:
Met the Sales People at a Home Improvement show, and the staff cared to ask about the basement, what I was looking for, and seemed to care about the customer rather than selling me something that I didn't need. First impression was so important and they did impress me.
