Friendly--contacted a person to visit to give an estimate right away
Used time wisely--looked over the situation, evaluated what needed to be accomplished to correct the problem, and the cost--answered many questions we had. Very professional
Rodney Pfarr and partner were very professional--again answered any questions that I had before and after the installment. Demonstrated how to increase pressure to reinforce the steel supports to move the wall outward to original place
The clean-up was done very well.
