It was great to work with Andy! We had a specialized problem with ceramic tile in our basement. We wanted to avoid destroying so much of the tile and yet needed a good water tile system installed. Complete Basement Systems offered many specialized services other places didn't. Andy was great about explaining things in detail and really took the extra time we needed to work things out. We could not have been more pleased, we are more than happy with the work done.
