Very difficult installation worked hard to make it work and preserve my shower
padro was motivated. Answered all my questions.Returned to home 3 times. understanding of my situation
On time. Shared plan for the day and called at end of the day. Justin is Patient with questions. That calmed my anxiety. Consulted with supervisor. Very hard working crew.
Glad to get carpet out. covered items that remained in basement. Space was clean. They could not take small amount of my left over junk to the land fill with their load maybe because they did not use expected dumpster?

What made you choose our company:
I did have one other company estimate. They wanted to dig up all around my house including my new sidewalk to the tune of $50k. Complete basement systems process did not dig up my house and cost was more realistic for my budget. Padro convinced me that this system would stabilize walls and potentially move back to more normal position. Transferable warrantee was an influence
