Friendly interaction and quickly got us set up and schedule for a follow-up.
Discussed a couple projects with Ron. He was thorough in explaining the options, answering our questions, and communication for coordinating the sump pump project.
Justin walked me through the installation process and we discussed options for positioning the waste water pipe and location of the dehumidifier. Communication of progress was clear throughout the day. Walkthrough of completed work and answering my questions was good.

We were referred to Complete Basement Systems by friends. Online reviews and the longevity of the company looked good. Interactions with the call representative and salesperson were good. While not our cheapest option, the combination of interactions with employees and explanatory information provided, as well of assurance of ongoing support, lead to confidence in this investment for our home.
