We had to wait a few weeks for an appt which was understandable because of all the flooding in the area this spring.
I wish we would have been contacted by office staff when our salesperson, Jason, left CBS rather than finding out by calling and hearing his voicemail. For a few days it felt like we were forgotten about and in limbo since we had only ever had contact with Jason.
