I have worked in construction my whole life and working at NSBS and wearing several hats has been a natural and exciting career move for me. I have received ongoing and special training to be able to work with NSBS and install their equipment. A while back, I went out to Connecticut, where the NSBS is based, to get certified for all aspects of my job..
My day-to-day job can differ depending on if that day I am acting as the CEO, production manager, foremen or specialist. If I am the foreman for the day, that means I am using the jackhammer and working with concrete. As a specialist, I follow through with leads and working on bringing in new clients. A lot of the time it feels like I get to do everything here. But I love my job because I get to be my own boss. I am able to decide when and how much I want to work, which is really nice.
In my spare time I like to hunt, fish, camp, and, honestly, I like to work. I like it when it is crazy busy at NSBS - like 70 hours a week.
