Call Representative

Jake and his partner (can't remember his name) were very friendly, on time. Explained everything they were doing in a way that I would understand. They were always kind and understanding.

Sales Process

I fell the estimate was quite s bit off, but it was explained in detail what I actually needed and why. I certainly didn't want to be taken advantaged of being a woman, and I feel that I wasn't.
