Everyone we spoke with was well informed about the product offerings, patient and cooperative with scheduling and very professional and friendly.
Nancy was AWESOME! I'm usually really critical of customer service, as that is one thing you can excel at for free. NSBS was excellent in providing quotes, updates, openings and information.
Also very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable.
Is there a 6 rating? Better than BEST?
5+ Besides the concrete dust which we expected, the place couldn't have been left any cleaner or more orderly.

What made you choose our company:
We have a coworker who used NSBS in West Virginia - he was very pleased, so I was going more on the reputation of the system, than the local company. Now that we have direct experience with the local company, I would highly suggest their services and products. We have put this off for 20+ years. Wish we would have found NSBS a few years ago! i.e. QUIT mopping up your basement - call these guys!
