I really liked that you all scheduled in advance. You have no idea how important that is for me when I have to take time off of work and can't just do it on a whim like some contractors do when they show up one day ready to work.

I didn't feel like I was over sold anything. Like I wasn't being talked into stuff I didn't really want. There may be future stuff I look into but I could tip toe into the process.

I had emailed. You crew had their hands full with the boulders in my driveway I apparently have for the entire day. And they finally finished and my dog promptly walked through the wet cement they just put down. And they didn't get mad and just fixed it. They deserve donuts for exhibiting the patience of a saint with that last insult to injury with that job.

They even cleaned up a small pile of garbage in my basement that I was going to pick up after they left.
