Dave. Dave is the main reason why I chose Northern States Basement over the competition. He was upfront, honest and informed of what I needed to address the issue. He wasn't all about up-selling like the competition and grabbing every dollar he could. For that, I will be back because I will need to complete my basement at some point and I will definitely send referrals. I know I can trust Northern States basement from the sales process through the crew that does the work, which I can't say enough about as well.
