After Justin came to look at our job, it rained a lot, and we discovered the water was coming in from a different spot.
We explained to Justin we needed a change order and he and Nancy were quick to accept our changes.
in this time of COVID19, we were pleased that Justin and the installation crew wore masks.
Jack and his crew were very polite and efficient. We asked them to be carefull on our kitchen hard wood floor, and they brought some canvas tarps to protect the floor. They did a great job and we could not believe they were done in 4 hours. Minimal dust.
When they left there was no trace of the work product. They swept any dirt or dust on the floor, and hauled all the concrete and dirt out to their truck.

What made you choose our company:
I asked Nancy for references, and a description of the work that would be done. She sent me a booklet with all the phases of work and work product. No one I could contact could provide all the things we needed for our basement including a new floor. They came back in 5 days and installed the floor in 3-4 hours. Again a great job.
