Tim Schneider

Tim has been on the American Waterworks team since February of 2020. He joined our team because he appreciated our reputation and high standard of customer care from phone call to project completion. He has been in the home repair business his entire career. He spent the last 17 years as an active real estate agent, which gave him a unique perspective on how a structurally sound and dry foundation can affect a homeowner’s health, safety, and peace of mind mentality. He’s passionate about solving problems for homeowners and taking the burden of worry off their shoulders with a well-designed solution to restore their confidence in a sound and comfortable home. Tim specializes in our waterproofing and foundation repair division but is certified to perform inspections for all of our services. In Tim’s spare time, you can find him spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and traveling internationally.
