Megan joined the team in June 2024 as a Service Coordinator. Before coming to American Waterworks, Megan had past experience as a customer service representative, scheduling specialist, and call center director. Through these past jobs, she gained customer service and problem-solving skills. As one of our Service Coordinators, Megan's responsibilities will consist of setting free estimate appointments, answering customer questions and concerns about our services, and making new appointments. Overall, Megan is excited to join our team to work with others and learn more about the business. When Megan isn't working, she enjoys playing with her dogs, cooking/baking, and trying new recipes. We are so excited to have Megan on our American Waterworks team!
