It seemed to us that Brandon did not call us when Andrew asked him to about the Taco Bell job that delayed our work a bit. Also, he's slow to return calls.
What made you choose our company:
Rod DeVogel had use your company. And your two sales people with whom we dealt presented a plan on paper. This mattered to us.

Thank you for your quick response. We really do appreciate the feedback. We are constently working at improving and your notes help us. We are continually working on our communication, which would have cleared up your experience with the delayed phone calls and the miscommunication about what to move/cover.
As for the DBS/Foundation Supportworks Solutions, we are both. Our actual Business name is DBS Residential Solutions, Inc. We have a few DBA (doing Business as) names, one being Foundation Supportworks Solutions. Other names are Dr. Energy Saver Solutions (our company that handles air sealing and insulation, windows, and other energy upgrades) and Total Basement Finish (our company that finishes basements). We have been working on a plan to make it clearer how they all tie together, so your email does help us in knowing we still should be working on it!
