Was not happy about being rescheduled 4 times, and that I did not get any discount for that!
Did not feel like Chelsea made our job a priority or feel like it was important to the company. Chelsea did handle my outbursts very professionally though, and we were able to talk through the issues calmly. I hope your company is able to hire and keep on more help so that you can help more people get professional repair!
Tim did a GREAT job taking the time to explain and walk through several different scenarios to fix our issues! Was very impressed he took hours to stay with us and do a complete bid!
The crew(Jacob, Jake and Rob) were very professional, informative, clean, helpful, did extra things I asked to help put my mind at ease when explaining the work. They also installed smart Jack leveling system!
I was surprised they did a very good job cleaning up!
