Dave, the foreman who performed the foundation stabilization was great. Justin and his son who provided poly and filled in voids were extremely good at their work on the project, as well as the water proofing crew that installed our sump pump. However, we were disappointed that our rep Jacob never contacted us to discuss our status in the process. We never received any feedback from them regarding our progress, or to even assist us with any questions we may have had. Rather we were disappointed, concerned or if we had any issues, and that was our biggest concern. When a customer spends any amount of money, the least thing you expect from a company is communication on their behalf, other than the crew’s that actually perform the service.
