The process got off to a bumpy start due to sales person and install material info provided for install. Thanks to the install team lead, things got on track.

Lacking in appearance, review of issues, and wrong material install instructions, he needs education or a different job.

The Peoria crew was the best. Led by Manny, who is knowledgeable and very patient dealing with someone with no understanding of process. Manny questioned the material list and install instructions because they did not seem correct. The entire team discussed with us and their boss. Let's just say after a few issues they helped resolve and Manny insisting he wanted to make sure we got what we were supposed to, the job got done. After a request for a manager, Ryan came to our house, evaluated what was to be done, felt good about corrective measures Manny and team took, and Ryan stayed as job finished up. They included us in floor raising process and great explanation of why it's done a little at a time. Let me finish by saying Ryan, Jesse, and Manny did great by us in making sure job ended as it should. A big Thank You to the entire team.

Job site was completely cleaned up, floor swept and outside work area cleared.
