This homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire had an issue where the supports of their sunroom were failing. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa arrived at the home and inspected the sunroom. He found that the supports under the sunroom are sinking and beginning to bow. In addition to inspecting the outside of the sunroom, Michael also inspected the inside of the sunroom. Michael discovered that the sunrooms floors are out of level. Michael recommended to the homeowners that they should have EFS replace the sunroom supports and replace them with EZ posts.
Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and began installing temporary posts in order to remove the old posts. After the old posts are removed, the team installed new EZ posts. Using the EZ posts the team was able to level the floor of the sunroom.
