Comment: We moved in 10 years ago. We were not told about any leaking in basement. Upon evaluating the situation we noticed a crack in the front of the foundation. It is not large but there. On occassion during the winter melt of snow, our finished basement leaks in one area. It has never been more than along the one wall about 3 feet out. Towels soak up the puddle of water.
