The install was very smooth I remember it was snowing, we started this process in March. The guys took a great amount of care to make sure they didn't trash the house. They kept everything neat and clean jackhammering concrete is a little bit loud but it didn't take very long. From seeing the bright white basement you had no evidence workers were there. So it’s been almost 4 months now since my basement was completed. I just have to tell you how happy I am! Thank you for the excellent service on our basement entrance door and the high quality sump pump and sump bucket with lid. The old pump was such an eye soar, an open dirty pit near the washer and dryer which I was always afraid one of the kids would fall into. I saw my basement flooding lots water on the floor yesterday that a lot of water in the basement is seeping in through the exterior walls. It's likely from the heavy rains the other day. I demolished the speculation that CHIP MONKEY caused it because I caught six of them in cages some time ago and sent them to a place without dwellings to release them. They made big holes near the leak in the outside wall because I noticed a lot of dirt coming out of there, so I'm guessing they made holes in the outside wall to cause it.
