The sales person you first sent to my home wasn't as informed in your product and/or procedure(s) as I expected him to be and seemed only interested in the commission he would make for the 'sale'. Your product and past results as advertised in the information you sent me via general mail sealed the deal, not your sales person.
I was very impressed with their workmanship, knowledge of product, and level of professionalism. They made the entire process appear seamless.
The team you sent cleaned up after themselves very well and that was much appreciated.
What made you choose our company:
Considering my porch cement slabs didn't have any cracks in them whatsoever, your level of expertise as advertised in the area of cement leveling seemed exactly what I needed done. Your process appealed to me compared to complete new cement construction of my porch, which I didn't deem necessary. Your 5 year warranty was also an impressive incentive. Thank you for a job well done.
