Dave LaCroix came out to check out our basement. We were very worried about our bouncy floors, among a few other concerns. Dave was straight forward and honest. He took his time, and explained everything in a way I could understand. While we are fortunate there is nothing major wrong, Dave gave me peace of mind!

Everyone was very kind who I spoke with and helpful.

Dave was professional and clearly experienced. He explained everything in terms a person with no experience could clearly understand. Dave was able to answer every question I had.
