Waterproofing a Basement - Riverside, CT

A family located in Riverside, CT expressed concerns regarding unwanted basement moisture seeping in along their basement's perimeter walls. Frustrated with needing to sweep water into an old sump pit, they reached out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems for assistance. A homeowner in Montrose, NY expressed concerns regarding their basement's ability to mitigate unwanted moisture. On the day of the consultation, Tomas arrived at the home and began analyzing the situation. Basement Waterproofing in Ardsley on Hudson, NY

A customer in Ardsley on Hudson, NY was getting water in their basement and had existing water damage. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution to their problem. Once an appointment was set, it would be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, to go to the home to estimate the issues and provide a solution. Once a job was proposed it would then be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his team to get started on the installation. They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system below ground to capture any water that might seep in. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump that will collect and pump out the water from the home at a safe distance. The crew also installed CleanSpace on the walls to act as a vapor barrier and protect it from any moisture. Now this basement is dry and the homeowner no longer has to worry about water issues!

WaterGuard System in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY

This basement had a constant water problem that would disrupt the functionality of this home. Tired of a wet basement, the homeowner decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. The solution to this basement was to install a full perimeter WaterGuard system to prevent water to enter the area. This system is installed around the perimeter of the basement and will collect water internally and channel it to the sump pump. The sump pump will then discharge the water away from the home. CleanSpace liner was also installed on the half wall around the basement to prevent any moisture or water from the coming through the walls. (You can see the liner in the after photo) This is exactly what the homeowner wanted and was pleased with the results!
