Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Stephen Singley. Following the free in-home consultation, he drafted a proposal including all the necessary systems and measures necessary to waterproof her basement. 

Soon after, a trained Foreman and his crew arrived on site to begin the install process. In this Pawcatuck house, heavy rains always resulted in water in the basement much to the homeowners' dismay. At first, the homeowners bought two off-the-shelf sump pumps but when that didn't solve the problem effectively, they decided to call the experts at CT Basement Systems. We installed our WaterGuard French Drain System, which collects leaking water from the walls, features an anti-clog design, is installed out of the "mud zone" and includes a written lifetime warranty.

Once any leaking or seeping water is collected by the drainage system, it now automatically drains into the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, our premier sump pump solution. The TripleSafe, like the name implies, has three pumps. The first pump does the initial pumping when there is any water in the basement; if there is too much water for the first pump to handle, then the second pump kicks in. If the power goes out (it does happen!), the battery-powered third pump turns on and is able to pump enough water to fill half a swimming pool!
